Join us for a hands-on class in the basics of bread baking. Learn classic techniques that will make you more comfortable making bread recipes at home. Prepare a variety of items such as Yeast Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls and Ciabatta. This class will be instructed by Pastry Chef Erin O’Connell. Class includes instruction, recipes, and light lunch.
