At Spats, we only use locally cultivated Organic Eggs, Honey and Wild Mushrooms. We use thick slices of “Old Smokehouse” Bacon, Authentic Country Sausage Patties, Fresh Red Bliss Potatoes and the freshest Fruits and Berries available to create a great tasting breakfast for our Guests.
