The hotel opened in 1889 and has run continuously since. The lounge carries the date because it sits in the oldest part of the plan, off the lobby and next to Chancellor’s.
It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day, a libation before your dinner table is ready, and the room people come back to afterward.

*Nashville Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich — 14
Crispy hand-breaded chicken breast tossed in Nashville hot-honey sauce, topped with house-made pimento cheese on a toasted brioche bun.
Oyster Sliders — 14
Three sweet rolls filled with crispy fried oysters, peppercorn aioli, and house slaw.
Taco Trio — 14
Three soft flour tortillas (choice of shrimp, chicken, or steak) topped with shredded lettuce, cheese, and fresh pico de gallo.

½-lb burger with applewood-smoked bacon, sautéed creamed mushrooms, smoked gouda, and roasted shallot aioli on a dill bun. Also available with Grilled or Fried Chicken.

Black-bean, corn, pepper & onion patty topped with fresh pico de gallo and chipotle aioli on a toasted brioche roll.
