The Festival of Trees in Parkersburg, WV at the Blennerhassett Hotel and Spa has proudly been one of West Virginia’s top Christmas destinations for over 35 years.
Located near the Ohio River, The Blennerhassett Hotel comes alive with dozens of trees once per year. Our first floor becomes a magical canvas painted with numerous astounding trees, each decorated and donated by a person or organization.

The Festival of Trees commences each year with a lighting ceremony. The festival continues with various United Way events. This year they are bringing back “Trimmed!” a live game show where four teams race against the clock and each other to decorate a tree using decor that won’t be released until the start of the show. A Character Breakfast will also be held at the hotel, featuring various characters your kids love!
The Festival of Trees is operated by and in the benefit of the United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley.
