This is a two-mile walk through the heart of Parkersburg in one of the most informative and spine-tingling tours in the U.S., let alone West Virginia and greater Appalachia!
You may want to bring your camera* to capture the autumnal golden brilliance as you walk up old streets, by beautiful Victorian-era buildings, all while you learn stories of their long-gone occupants and the paranormal happenings thereafter.
* Please be respectful and do not use flash photography or zoom, as people do still live in these beautiful old houses
Ghost tours last about two hours and cover a span of about two miles, so plan your footwear accordingly.
